Villa Xinito is a sweet, charming property, full of character and atmosphere, set in a tranquil position close to Pollensa. Sleeping 4 guests in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, Villa Xinito is the perfect choice for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its large gardens with lawn, private pool and perfect location, Villa Xinito will not disappoint.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor. From the open-plan lounge/dining room, complete with exposed beams, doors open out to the impressive covered terrace, which leads to the pool area, which in turn leads to an ample lawn. A step through leads to a double bedroom with en suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom and a further family full bathroom.
The extensive gardens (surprisingly large for a property of just 2 bedrooms) are planted with many fig trees and the scenery beyond gives the villa a seductively tranquil atmosphere. In addition a roof top terrace (accessed by a spiral staircase) provides a further opportunity to enjoy splendid views of the countryside and surrounding area. Sunbeds and outdoor furnishing are provided for the guests to enjoy.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Xinito, which was perfect for our first family holiday with our 9 month old baby. Two bedrooms meant our daughter could separately in the cot provided, which had a clean and comfortable mattress and spare sheets. Both rooms had great air conditioning so we were never hot at night. The pool was beautiful to swim in and the steps into the shallower end meant there was plenty of options for our baby to splash sitting down on the top step or swim whilst we held her. The huge garden with green grass was perfect for lounging on in the shade and for her to crawl on - I'm sure it'd be really fun for older kids to have that much space too. We had a hire car and everything was accessible from beautiful Pollenca (well worth a stroll around and lunch or dinner there), beaches and our favourite was going to Cap Formenta, which is a nice 30 minute drive away with some spectacular views. Soller and Deia are 1.5 hours away if you go via the mountains, which I would recommend - some of the most beautiful roads, views and driving I've ever done. We would 100% come back and stay at the villa again. It was perfect.

Pool steps too rough and steep causing problems getting in and out of pool.
Continuous noise from something flapping /knocking in the log burner/fire - very annoying.
