Description
Villa Can Ros is a 6 bedroom villa with a fabulous location just a stone's throw from the sandy Puerto Pollensa Beach, with its stylish marina, restaurants and tapas bars, is also just a 20 minute walk along the coast, so you'll have everything you need nearby. The villa itself has a large private pool and extensive lawn, perfect for families and groups looking for lots of outdoor space. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in 5 bedrooms and lounge are included.
The villa is accessed through an entrance gate which leads to the front door, with on-road parking for your hire car
Lounge and dining room are bright and airy by 2 sets of patio doors opening on to the covered terrace and villa gardens. There is comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and an ornamental fireplace, as well as a dining table and chairs.
The separate kitchen has an additional dining table with chairs. Traditionally furnished with wooden cabinets and all modern amenities you'll be well equipped for cooking up those tasty holiday meals. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
Villa is set all on one level with 6 bedrooms in total. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and patio doors opening out to the villa gardens. One of the double bedrooms is split level with 1 step down to a comfortable seating area. 2 twin bedrooms share use of a separate shower room, 1 of which has patio doors out to the pool area. Located 2 steps down from the kitchen is a 3rd twin bedroom and a single bedroom, both of which have en suite shower rooms. The twin bedroom also has doors opening on to the pool area. The single bedroom has a portable fan to keep cool.
It has plenty of outdoor space, great for enjoying those hot summer days. The large private pool is set in expansive gardens, with ample room for sunbathing and garden games. The brick BBQ is close to the pool area. The front garden is also laid to lawn with local Mediterranean shrubs and trees dotted around, providing additional privacy and shade. There is a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, great for those alfresco meals.
Villa Can Ros can sleep up to 11 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

My friends and I had a great stay here! It was so spacious and honestly incredible. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store. It isn’t the absolute cleanest and is a little outdated, but that can definitely be oversee more

Huge pool, lots of outside space and really enjoyed the table tennis, pool table and barbecue.
The inside was spacious and beds reasonably comfortable but some bits were a bit unloved- several of the door handles didn't work, missing/ broken bulbsee more

The inside was spacious and beds reasonably comfortable but some bits were a bit unloved- several of the door handles didn't work, missing/ broken bulbs, a broken light switch with exposed cables (dangerous for kids), cracked crockery. Small starter pack helpful (a couple of toilet rolls, bit of washing up liquid etc) but need EVERYTHING else- no salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags etc (often find these things in self catering accom). Pleased there was washing and drying machines and dish washer. Aircon too. Would be great to add into the single bedroom too. Overall quite clean but there were a lot of dead, squashed flies in one of the bathrooms- at least 50 on one of the shelves. Good location- handy for shops, beach, restaurants, playground and going for morning runs along promenade. Beach brilliant for very young children. Local area very quiet- essential- I liked the 'silence' rules. Overall a really good stay. |
