This brand new villa with private pool, carefully mixing traditional features with the most contemporary comforts, can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms right on the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, only a few steps away from excellent bars, restaurants, shops. Spend long hours enjoying the views from the terraces enriched with scented rosemary and red bougainvillea, chill out in the stylish and fully air-conditioned interiors, enjoy a swim in the private pool or in the crystal clear sea at your doorstep: Villa Can Silver will not disappoint even the most demanding guests.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and have been totally rebuilt following the highest specifications and design trends. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with adjoining dining area (opening straight to the pool patio / outdoor dining area) and a family shower room, together with 2 sea-facing bedrooms each with en-suite shower room (these bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined to form doubles if required).
An impressive staircase leads up to the first floor, featuring a stunning lounge with huge windows opening straight to the sea. With its beautiful high beamed ceilings, large openings and comfortable sofas, this is for sure the most unique area of the house. Big patio doors lead to the beach-facing balcony providing breathtaking views over the sea, the Pollensa gulf and the sunset. Next to the lounge there is the large master bedroom suite, again opening straight to the sea-facing balcony to enjoy most of the views, and featuring an impressive bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The remaining two bedrooms have one single bed. They both open to private balconies overlooking the pool. The whole house is air-conditioned.
If the location of Villa Can Silver is not enough, the outdoor areas complement the setting. It will be like staying in a bot in the middle of the sea, with the added bonus of a private pool and a lot of private space! The private pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds, measures 25sqm and is perfect for a refreshing dip or to taste a delicious glass of wine all together. Guests will also have the chance to dine outside al-fresco, or spend long hours admiring the gulf from the terraces.
The garage with its bike accessories is usable upon previous request.

We loved the location and the accommodation which was spacious and beautiful. There are lots of places to sit individually or as a group. It's great to have a shower right by the way in from the pool or beach.

The beach is lovely. We loved the promenade. The pool is small and rather cool in October, the sea was warmer and so close! Unfortunately our daughter fell ill after swimming in the sea the day after heavy rain. Porto Pollença is an excellent base for bird watching, cycling, walking, wonderful restaurants. We loved our holiday. It's sad that Ca'an Silver will be for 4 persons only. It suited us so well for a family holiday. |

The floors had not been swept clean when we arrived. The cleaners came on Tuesday but still did not sweep the floors. We thought there should have been a mat by the front door to clean shoes.

we are there the second time cause the house when you just walk trough is beautiful, spacious, and located perfect.
the view is stunning. waking up in the masterbedroom is just a dream. also the little backyard is sweet and the pool was nice for thsee more

unfortunately the problems are exactly the same s they were two years before. we were then your first customer after they built the house. so we understood that there were little issues.
now, 2 years later, we dont understand how it couldn't be fixsee more

now, 2 years later, we dont understand how it couldn't be fixed in time. althoug problems with water will destroy the house and the humidity is bad for the buildig and „Schimmel“ (dont know the word in english) must be everyhwere. when you fill the bathtub for the kids, water comes down to the bathroom in the kitchen. when you take a longer shower (i had to shower all the upstairs in the small bath, water comes down direct over the kitchen where you cook! and you still cant lock the terrace facing the beach - what made me insecure cause we were been robbed once in mallorca. if there is a possibility to fix these things, we will come back for sure! if not... we habe to find a new place in paradise cause we are concerned about humidity and security. but really. the house is beautiful and stuff very friendly! |
