Description
Villa Ses Porrasses is a large stone beautiful clad family villa able to accommodate 14 people in this wonderful 7 bedroom villa nestled at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain. With it's own driveway leading up to this stunning property with a wrap around veranda, stunning views and large terraces to enjoy al fresco dining.
Villa is on a two floors existing of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) with two bathrooms on the ground floor and five bedrooms ( 1 double and 4 twins) each with on-suite bathrooms on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a beautiful sunken bath to enjoy. All the rooms are beautifully decorated to a very high standard and fully air conditioned. The main living L shaped lounge area has sumptuous couches to laze around in with dining area adjacent to this, wifi and smart TV are available.. There is a downstairs toilet and stairs leading to the bedrooms from the lounge. Also there is an added benefit of a pool table at the top of these stairs with doors leading to the wrap around balcony and a comfortable seating area.
The large family kitchen is on the ground floor with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a sitting area.
On the main outside large beautiful covered terraces, you have many sitting areas to enjoy for drinks in the evening sunset, or lounge around in the sun during the day. The amazing pool has easy access from the terrace to enjoy with sun loungers around the pool.
Outside heated pool (April, May and October months only on request and with a cost) with plenty of terrace space, covered terrace with dining tables and sofas. BBQ area
The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

For some reason there were no ants in the usual places like the kitchen but there were a lot upstairs in the bedrooms and bathrooms which was a little disconcerting. Also the shower wasn’t more than a dribble in one of the bathrooms upstairs, it defisee more

The villa itself was fantastic but needs some maintenance. It was in a great location for peace and quiet whilst near Inca for shopping. The owner called every day to see to pool and remove rubbish which was a great service.

There were a number of issues that you shouldn't expect in a villa of this standard.1. Pool towels had to be requested on arrival2. A cot had to be requested on arrival. A baby chair was requested online and provided. There was no ability to request see more

This did not effect us as we were a party of 65. None of the gas lighters worked6. Although scheduled in advance the cleaners did not turn up on the Wednesday as arranged. This was extremely poor service.Apart from 6) the rest did not really affect out stay but should be fixed.

Es ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise auch kaputt. Die Bäder /, duschen funktionieren nur in der Hälfte der Zimmer. Entweder kein Wasser, kaum Wasser oder kaltes Wasser. Leider sind die Duschkabinen fast allesamt kaputt. Türen lsee more

There were not many extras for a large family (spices, trash bags, soap, etc.) so be sure you stock up at the store before you get there. Selva is the closest town and two of the best restaurants that we ate at during our stay.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Finca. Der Eigentümer kam jeden Tag vorbei und hat nach allem geschaut. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer und die Ausstattung vom Haus war sehr gut. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach nur ein Traum in idyllischer Lage. Wir konnten dort entspannt mit 14 Pers. eine Woche Urlaub verbringen und jeder hat es genossen ein eigenes Bad zu haben. Alles war sauber und vorhanden. Sollte etwas fehlen, konnten wir see more

Danke, dass ich meinen 40zigsten Geburtstag dort verbringen durfte und dieser Urlaub somit für alle unvergesslich bleiben wird.

Phänomenaler Außenbereich mit eigenen Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen, sehr gut gepflegter Pool.. Extrem ruhige Lage ohne störende Nachbarn. Das Interieur ist umwerfend, alles perfekt in Schuss, jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes tolles Badezimmer.
