Villa Linea Verde is a newly built property in a modern style with high qualities in its decorative elements, electrical appliances, general equipment and construction quality. It will be available and waiting for you from the 1st of May 2024 and has a living area of 110m2. The images shown are a rendering and the furnishings may vary slightly although the style will be modern and of good quality.
Located in the excellent area of Tsilivi. Only 1.2 Km away from the nearest beach and with all the amenities that the area offers in terms of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc..
The villa has a capacity for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with integrated kitchen. One bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with king size bed with ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi.
In the outdoor area you will find a beautiful swimming pool of 7x4 metres with a depth of 1,4 metres in the whole pool and a recreation area with barbecue and porch where you can enjoy your pleasant lunches and dinners with your family or friends.
The complex of Villas Linea Verde also offers you a parking space in the communal area, each villa has its own parking so you don't have to worry in case you have a rental car.

Immaculate villa and holiday made even more special by the owner and her daughter Mara who were very helpful in recommending local restaurants and taxis etc. They were very attentive. Five star villa, accessible for my brother who uses a walker. Woulsee more

Five star villa, accessible for my brother who uses a walker. Would highly recommend it. Loads of local restaurants, gift shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Only €15 taxi to visit Zakynthos town which was all lit up at night and had a lovely atmosphere. Book it!

Nice new villa! Very clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was lovely and villa was big. However a few essential necessities were missing i.e no hand soap in any bathrooms, no tissues/ kitchen paper, not enough toilet paper to last our stay, no spongsee more

We have been to Tsilivi numerous times so know what shops and restaurants we have. The Villa itself is a grand new build this year clean and modern design. Equipped with all mod cons. Very comfortable to settle down in. One thing I will say the hostssee more

Ik was samen met 3 andere vriendinnen een week in deze prachtige villa en we hebben echt onze beste vakantie hier gehad. Alles was er en je kon ook alles vragen aan de host. Ze gaven ons super veel tips en hielpen ons graag. De omgeving is lekker russee more

Ze gaven ons super veel tips en hielpen ons graag. De omgeving is lekker rustig en er is op 5 min lopen een supermarkt voor boodschappen. Voor de rest is het huisje super mooi en schoon en zit er alles in wat je nodig hebt. Dit was voor ons misschien wel onze leukste en beste vakantie in tijden.💗
