Villa Linea Verde is a newly built property in a modern style with high qualities in its decorative elements, electrical appliances, general equipment and construction quality. It will be available and waiting for you from the 1st of May 2024 and has a living area of 110m2. The images shown are a rendering and the furnishings may vary slightly although the style will be modern and of good quality.
Located in the excellent area of Tsilivi. Only 1.2 Km away from the nearest beach and with all the amenities that the area offers in terms of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc..
The villa has a capacity for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with integrated kitchen. One bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with king size bed with ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi.
In the outdoor area you will find a beautiful swimming pool of 7x4 metres with a depth of 1,4 metres in the whole pool and a recreation area with barbecue and porch where you can enjoy your pleasant lunches and dinners with your family or friends.
The complex of Villas Linea Verde also offers you a parking space in the communal area, each villa has its own parking so you don't have to worry in case you have a rental car.

O vilă foarte frumoasă, cu multe utilități, iar apa din piscină a fost foarte curată. Gazdele au fost extraordinar de amabile și prietenoase, ne-au stat la dispoziție oricând am avut nevoie de ceva. A fost o experiență minunată.

Highly recommend this new villa in Tsilivi. It is clean, modern and the outdoor pool is luxury. There is also a barbecue grill for you to use. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful during our stay and made us very welcomed. The location is great,see more

The location is great, just 10 mins walk from the town, where we’ll find many delicious restaurants, shops, supermarkets and activity/boat rental sites. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Zakynthos!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

Le ménage a été fait en milieu de séjour avec changement complet des draps et serviettes. Le pisciniste est aussi intervenu pour nettoyer la piscine et les installations extérieures. Le village où est situé la maison est très bien situé, à 10 mn de Zakynthos downtown.
