Plana Den Rull is a spacious and welcoming villa with private pool, 4 bedrooms and extensive gardens, beautifully located close to the old town Pollensa and just a short drive away from the amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Casa San Vicente. Providing welcoming, air-conditioned interiors, excellent privacy, well kept gardens and beautiful views over the Tramuntana mountains, this stone-built villa is the perfect holiday home for a large family or a group of friends wanting to live the true Mallorcan atmosphere.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. It is spacious (measuring 200sqm), airy, welcoming and well furnished following the Mallorcan tradition yet without forgetting the most modern comforts. The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a comfortable lounge (with comfy sofas and satellite TV), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday, a large dining area and a family bathroom. The 4 bedrooms are all located on the upper floor, together with 2 further bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and 2 twins, for a total of 8 guests, and they are air-conditioned.

Outside, Plana den Rull offers amazing shaded terraces, gardens with lawn and mature trees (measuring 40.000 sqm!), pleasant furnished areas and guaranteed endless relaxation. The private swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and parasols for the guests to enjoy. Outdoor dining on the patio or drinking a glass of wine in the garden will be a true pleasure, and a barbecue is available.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

8 Lovely house, lovely remote location but walkable to Pollenca, pool needs a midweek clean please

Love the space in the house the bedrooms are a really good size and the 3 bathrooms are very good.Kitchen is a good space and having a second fridge is very useful. Pool area is lovely.

The decor upstairs is a bit dated it could do with some modernisation eg. bed covers, chair covers. also the floors were dirty in the lounge area and walkways.the pool was not tended too for the week and by the end the pool was not clear at all it reall
