Welcome to our beautiful villa in Alcudia, located in the residential area of Alcanada!
This charming holiday villa offers an unforgettable experience with sea views and all the comforts you need for a perfect holiday. With three cosy bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, there is more than enough space for the whole family or a group of friends. The spacious living/dining room is perfect for meetings and relaxing moments, while the two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, guarantee comfort for all guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the freedom to prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the garden area or on the terrace while enjoying the sea breeze and the soothing sound of the sea. We also have a built-in barbecue for those delicious barbecues under the Mallorcan sun.
Our property has a private swimming pool where you can cool off and enjoy unforgettable moments under the warm Mallorcan sun. Outside, you will find hammocks and garden furniture so you can relax to the fullest while enjoying your stay.
The location is also ideal for golf lovers, as the prestigious Alcanada Golf Club is just a few minutes away. And if you prefer to explore the town, the centre of Alcudia is just a five-minute drive away, surrounded by impressive medieval walls that invite you to take long walks through its picturesque cobbled streets.
Of course, we cannot forget the beaches in the area, with crystal clear waters and white sand, which are truly spectacular and highly sought after in Mallorca.
Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
