Villa Antares is situated in a quiet residential area above the old town of Puerto del Carmen, and is just a short walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants of Montaña Tropical. Its location allows easy access to the old town and harbour area of Puerto del Carmen in one direction and Puerto Calero and Marina in the other. Accommodation is all on one level, and offers independence in its layout, with 2 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the adjoining annexes. The villa is private, with high walls, mature gardens, and covered and open terraces. There is a small children’s pool, at the corner of the main swimming pool, which is located to the front of the villa. The built-in barbecue, with outside seating and dining area, is situated to the rear of the villa together with a 6 seater Jacuzzi (5 seats, 1 lounger with lights). The roof top terrace offers fabulous views over the surrounding area with mountain landscape and sea views.

Note – This accommodation sleeps up to 8 persons. Prices are based on up to 6 persons sharing the main villa and one annexe. The further annexe is available at an additional charge of £100.00 per person per week for a further 2 persons.

1 double bedroom with Sat TV, ceiling fan & Air Conditioning and en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with ceiling fan & Air Conditioning, 1 shower room.

Exterior access to annexe – 1 twin bedroom with ceiling fan & Air Conditioning, fridge, kettle & tea & coffee making facilities and en-suite shower room.

Exterior access to annexe – 1 double bedroom with ceiling fan & Air Conditioning, fridge, kettle & tea & coffee making facilities and en-suite shower room.

Exterior access to games room with pool table, air hockey, stepping machine and TV for use with a PlayStation 3.2 controllers and a great selection of games (parental guidance recommended).

SWIMMING POOL:  Private rectangular swimming pool 6m x 4m, with 3 stone steps into pool (depths – 1.4m-1.5m), children’s section and separate Jacuzzi.

*Heatable pool – pool heating included in the winter season, 1/11 – 30/04, and on request in the summer season, 1/05 – 31/10, at a supplement of £100.00 per week.
