Villa Insignia is a top-quality four-bedroomed villa located in the residential area of Los Mojones, above Puerto del Carmen, with easy access to both the main resort and the old town and harbour. Contemporary in style and exquisitely designed with high end finishes, it offers accommodation on two levels, is spacious, and has been tastefully furnished and well-equipped throughout. Outside, the inviting swimming pool, with 6 seater Jacuzzi, exercise swim jets and waterfalls, is set within a broad sun terrace and there is a partially shaded area, with built-in barbecue for casual lunches or evening dining.

Note – This accommodation sleeps up to 8 persons. Prices are based on up to 6 persons and there is an additional charge of £200.00 per person per week for a further 2 persons.

Upper level/Ground floor;

Living area with comfortable leather sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and WIFI, dining area with marble dining table, with chairs to seat 8 and doors to terrace. Kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hob & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and doors to terrace (there is a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble drier on the lower level).

Bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, sitting area with Satellite TV, Air Conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite full bathroom (2 steps down to bath) and separate walk-in shower.

There is also a guest cloakroom, just off the entrance hall, on this level.

Lower level/Lower Ground floor;

3 bedrooms, all with king-size beds, Satellite TVs, Air Conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite full shower rooms (walk-in showers).

SWIMMING POOL: Private freeform swimming pool 12m x 5m, with 3 stone steps into pool (depths – 1.2m-1.5m).

*Heatable pool – pool heating included in the winter season, 1/11 – 30/04, and on request in the summer season, 1/05 – 31/10, at a supplement of £100.00 per week.
