Villa Los Alisios is situated in a quiet residential area above the old town of Puerto del Carmen, and is just a short walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants of Montaña Tropical. Its location allows easy access to the old town and harbour area of Puerto del Carmen in one direction and Puerto Calero and Marina in the other. Accommodation is on three levels, and offers independence in its layout, with 2 bedrooms in the main house and a poolside apartment, accommodating a further 2 persons. Doors from the living/dining area lead out to the terrace, from where panoramic views of the coast across to the old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen can be enjoyed. Enjoy alfresco dining at the large stone table which seats 8 and is shaded under a wooden pergola. You can also sunbathe during the day on the 4 sunbeds provided or enjoy a drink around an elevated table with 6 bar stools whilst playing pool on the outdoor table. To the side of the house, is the built-in barbecue. From this upper terrace, steps with handrails on one side and a ramp on the other side lead down to the swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surround and enclosed by walls for privacy. Villa Los Alisios’ location is unique because of its front-line position, overlooking the promenade, which stretches from the old town and harbour all the way along the cliff top trail to Puerto Calero.

Note - This accommodation sleeps up to 10 persons. Prices are based on up to 8 persons sharing the main villa and the poolside apartment is available at an additional charge of £300.00 per person per week for a further 2 persons.

Gates open into the grounds and a pathway of steps (15) lead down to the villa & entrance;

Ground floor - Entrance hall and two steps down to living area with leather sofas & two armchairs, Sat TV, DVD player, WIFI, Air Conditioning and doors to terrace, dining area, breakfast bar to kitchen with electric hob & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and fridge/freezer. Guest cloakroom.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with Air Conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room. 2 twin bedrooms, both with Air Conditioning and en-suite shower rooms, one with doors to terrace.

Up three steps to 1 further double bedroom with Air Conditioning, dressing area and en-suite shower room.

Exterior access to poolside apartment – Sitting area with Sat TV, kitchenette with electric hob (2 rings), fridge and microwave. 1 double bedroom with Air Conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room.

SWIMMING POOL: Private oval swimming pool 9m x 4m, with 6 stone steps into pool (depths – 1m-1.6m).

*Heatable pool – pool heating included in the winter season, 1/11 – 30/04, and on request in the summer season, 1/05 – 31/10, at a supplement of £100.00 per week.
