It is ideal for couples and families who want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy a good vacation on the beach and near the commercial area of ??the port of Alcudia with all the amenities, it is located on the second floor. Parking on the street is free. And the fantastic terrace of the property is the perfect place to enjoy the breeze on the outdoor sofa or sitting at the table.
It has a double bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and a very comfortable living room with a chaise longue sofa. From the living room you access the terrace where you will find an outdoor dining table and a sofa to enjoy the most magical nights.

6 We enjoyed staying at Sealand Vilas , apartment is perfectly located just few steps to the beach with great balcony . Minus was dirty floor which was waiting for us unfortunately this part was not managed properly. The rest of the flat was OK & cleaned..

8 Lovely apartment in a great location. Very close to the beach and pretty much as describe in the picture. The host left a small kit of essentials which was appreciated, but the kitchen lacked a few utensils and it would have been good to have more mirrors

2 This apartment was nice but the beds weren’t clean with lots of hair in them and floor and counter tops weren’t that clean. We contacted the emergency number to confirm the beds weren’t clean and we weren’t going to sleep in them to be told we would have
