The interiors, just renovated with taste and style following the most modern comforts, with retaining the traditional charm of this property. The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a spacious, fully fitted kitchen with dining area and lounge, together with a useful shower room. There is also a spacious furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying relaxing hours under the shade. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All beautifully decorated, airy and inviting, they are respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin. Terraces provide nice views over the town and the mountains. A family bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. The upper floor is occupied by the most amazing spot of this house: a panoramic terrace with barbecue offering breathtaking views over the Tramuntana mountains and the sparkling blue sea: a truly unique feature for a village house of this kind.

For the comfort of our guests, air-conditioning is available and included in the price between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.

 For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
