The house is full of light and open to the garden, outside terraces and barbecue for you to sit and relax and enjoy the views. There is also a fully equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals.

On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC with handrail, the other has an adjacent shower room. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms 2 with private balcony with mountain views. All have en-suite bathrooms.

The villa was built to run on green energy sources, which means it is 100% solar powered. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed the air conditioning in all units from 12:00 to 19:30 and 22:00 to 1:00.

Can Melis is situated in the countryside of Alcudia, very close to Puerto Alcudia and Pollensa. Despite its location in the countryside, the beach and the town centre are within easy reach by car. Here you will be spoilt for choice in terms of activities, shops and restaurants to enjoy.
