Cas Xeremier
Cas Xeremier is one of the finest and most stylish houses of Alcudia. Ideally located in the sought after historical town, with a wide array of facilities virtually at your doorstep, Cas Xeremier has been designed to impress. Mixing old and new (the house dates back to the 16th century), blending the Mallorcan soul with the most modern comforts, this house is the ideal choice for all those guests who don't want to rely constantly on a car while on holiday, being in close proximity to shops, beaches and public transport.
Inside, the house has a stunning lounge with exposed stone walls and high beamed ceilings (loft style). On the lower level there is a comfortable sitting area, fully equipped kitchen (of a very high standard), a laundry/WC and dining area. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine-style upper floor featuring a stylish double bedroom (separated by a glass wall) with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a further sitting area overlooking the beautiful lounge. At the back of the house there is also an external courtyard with dining table and chairs, giving access via a spiral staircase to a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. For additional comfort, the house is air-conditioned. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt in Alcudia, wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kkostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze ca 3 Gehminuten entfernt, dort befindet sich auch ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt.Check in und Checkout völlig entspannt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

8 Le logement est vraiment superbe ! Dans le vieux alcudia. Pleins de charme. De bons resto autour. Des parking tout autour de la ville pour se garer ( se n'est pas précisé par l'entreprise).Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'avoir le lavabo de la sall

8 Nett, aber nur kurz warmes Wasser
Die Lage im Herzen der Altstadt war wirklich super. Die Küche war groß und gut ausgestattet mit allen möglichen Küchengeräten. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer und das Haus war auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl.
Es gab nur 12 Minuten warmes Wasser am stück, was etwas wenig war damit zwei Leute nacheinander duschen können.

Lovely old quaint property, conveniently placed for shops, bars and restaurants and , the huge ,twice weekly market
Unfortunately, we had cockroaches in, and it was quite alarming

8 Alles super, schöne Terrasse und super Lage direkt in der Stadt und der Strand ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Leider waren ein paar Kakerlaken in der Wohnung, was aber bei der Glastür zur Terrasse kein Wunder ist.
