Es Clot is one of the finest and most welcoming beachfront houses of North Mallorca.

Enjoying a truly unique position right on the water's edge and close to Alcudia, Es Clot can sleep up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors.

Thanks to its spacious, furnished terraces (at the front, side, as well as rear) the villa enjoys unlimited views to the sea providing a truly scenic setting both at day and night. All the ingredients for a holiday to remember!

Inside, the villa is divided into a main house and a self-contained studio, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, rented as a whole private holiday home for up to 8 guests.

The main house has a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (one with its own en-suite bathroom) as well as an additional family bathroom.

The separate studio, with its own entrance, has lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. The whole property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).

Outside, with the sea literally at your doorstep, this holiday home is a true delight!

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

There are spacious terraces furnished with sunbeds, tables, chairs as well as barbecue for delicious al-fresco meals. The views are to die for, and the turquoise colour of the sea will amaze you!
