Villa Green Lake (previously named villa Fera) is in a great central location, right by the Alcudia Canal, with a choice of shops, restaurants and Alcudia's marvellous sandy beach all within a 5 minute walk! This popular resort has something for everyone, from traditional paella restaurants in the old town, to a fine dining by the port. This pleasant Majorca villa is bright and airy inside, and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge.

Villa Green Lake's private swimming pool and terrace are completely enclosed, with gates at both the front onto the street, as well as the rear by the canal. The pool is surrounded by ample space to sunbathe and there's a small lawned area at the side of the house. There is also an impressive brick BBQ, and a covered alfresco dining area outside the kitchen.

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom and adjacent shower room. By the entrance is a unique circular tower with a staircase leading to the first floor. Here you'll find 2 twin bedrooms and a second shared shower room, as well as a double bedroom with an en suite shower room. The double bedroom also has a private balcony with views over the neighbouring canal and distant mountaintops. A smaller balcony can be accessed from the landing, overlooking the front of the villa

The open plan lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, and even has a smaller breakfast table. Patio doors from both the living area and kitchen open onto the exterior dining area and pool terrace.

There is plenty of on road parking for your hire cars, 1 step up is the covered terrace and front door. A pleasant lawned garden at the side of Villa Green Lake leads to the pool terrace to the rear of the property. There is also a gated entrance at the rear by the canal.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
