Villa Oleanda is in a superb central location overlooking the canal. It's 5 minutes' walk along the waterside to the main street of Alcudia, known as Bellevue, which is lined with restaurants, shops and entertainment. Plus, you can also reach Alcudia's beautiful, expansive sandy beach easily on foot. This 2 bedroom villa has modern interiors, with a pleasant dining area and private pool outside. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus WiFi are included.

Entrance

The villa is gated from street, with the driveway leading past the swimming pool to the entrance.

Living space and kitchen

Inside, Villa Oleanda is fresh and contemporary. The open plan lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, ornamental fireplace and a table with chairs. A set of patio doors from here open onto the pool terrace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for rustling up those tasty dishes. You'll find a small utility area at the rear of the kitchen.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a separate shower room. Both bedrooms are kept light and airy.

Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The private pool and small lawned garden are at the front of the house, facing the canal. An ample sunbathing area is towards the far side of the garden, adjacent to the alfresco eating area. The table, chairs and brick BBQ are all covered by an attractive overhead trellis offering welcome respite from the sun to dine in comfort.
