The brand new Villa Ribot I is a welcoming and modern 3-bedroomed villa with private pool, ideally located in the sought after area of Puerto d'Alcudia. Provided with 3 en-suite bedrooms, fully air-conditioned and ideally located, Villa Ribot I can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. With a wide choice of bars, shops, restaurants and sandy beach within walking distance, a car is not essential.

Inside, the villa is set over one floor. It has been totally renovated in 2019. There is a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining lounge/dining area (opening straight to the outside), as well as 3 bedrooms, all en-suite. The bedrooms are respectively 1 double and 2 with twin beds. The villa is fully air-conditioning (available free of charge at set times: 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).

Outside, the villa offers beautiful shaded areas for al-fresco dining (barbecue is provided) as well as great opportunity for sunbathing or enjoying a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. The perfect sandy beach nearby and the wide availability of facilities of any kind in the area, complement a truly great setting with incredibly high value for money.
