The villa is distributed over two spacious floors. On the ground floor, you will find a wide and bright living room, which has patio doors that open directly to the outdoor terrace, creating a sense of continuity between the interior spaces and the natural environment. This living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration or enjoying a movie with family. Next to the living room, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, which includes all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. The kitchen is integrated with a dining room ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends.

On the ground floor, there is also a comfortable double bedroom, two additional bedrooms with double beds, and a family bathroom with a bathtub, offering a functional and comfortable space for all guests. The stairs of the villa lead to the upper floor, where the impressive master bedroom is located. The air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms is scheduled at fixed hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring a pleasant environment at all times.
