The property features spacious covered terraces to enjoy outdoor meals or a good book, while in the garden there is a refreshing private pool, perfect for sunny days. Additionally, the jacuzzi offers a moment of relaxation under the Mallorcan sky, available during the months of March, April, May and October, with an additional heating cost. Inside, the villa has a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and several bedrooms, all with private balcony and clear views. The upper floor offers a spacious terrace with spectacular views of the Albufera de Alcudia, perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. With all necessary amenities, the villa combines privacy, comfort and an unbeatable location to enjoy a unique holiday experience.

Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
