The villa, with 5 en-suite bedrooms, large private pool, welcoming interiors, extensive outdoor areas, is located just 800m away from the sandy beach of Cala Agulla (a true heaven for both adults and children) and just 2km away from the lively Cala Ratjada. Enjoy a stroll in the private gardens (measuring more than 10000 sqm) or take a refreshing dip in the large pool in total privacy, or sunbath pampered by the gentle sound of the cicadas: this will be a holiday to remember!

Inside the villa is set over 3 floors for a total floor space of 210 sqm. On the ground floor (pool level) there is a fully equipped kitchen tigether with 2 spacious double bedrooms (each one with its own en-suite shower room). On the first floor there are 2 further double bedrooms (once again en-suite) as well as an additional kitchen with separate lounge and dining area. The 5th bedroom, the master suite, is located on the upper floor and has direct access to a private bathroom with both bathtub and shower. On the same level, an extensive roof terrace provides pleasant views over the surrounding countryside up to the blue Mediterranean sea.

The outdoor areas of Finca Los Pinos have been designed to impress. Providing total privacy and shaded by imposing pine trees, the gardens of the villa are a true heaven of peace. The private swimming pool, provided with comfortable sunbeds.
