On the ground floor there is a spacious living/kitchen/dining room, along with 2 bedrooms, a family shower and a toilet. On the upper level, there is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and private terrace. The living room, filled with natural light, is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player, offering an ideal space to relax. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing any meal in comfort. The rooms on the ground floor are twin rooms (both with air conditioning) and share a family bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, has a private bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with stunning views of the countryside and the lush forests of Arta.
Outside, Villa Son Tord has a large pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas to enjoy the sun. The garden offers beautiful terraces equipped for outdoor dining, a barbecue and cozy rattan sofas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature surrounding the villa.

Eine tolle großzügige Finca mit großem sauberen Pool die für eine Familie mit Kindern hervorragend geeignet ist. Die abgeschiedene Lage ist für ruhesuchende großartig. Mit dem Auto ist man aber in weniger als 10 Minuten in dem wunderschönen Städtchen Arta

La tranquilidad, el entorno, la piscina, y la casa de ensueño...
El único fallo para nosotros fué que en la habitación de arriba hay una ventana sin persiana por la que entra toda la luz desde que amanece...si hubiera persiana en esa ventana sería un 10.
