MAR GRAN

This pretty villa is situated in a great position on the Cala Esmeralda that enjoys beautiful sea views. Cala Esmeralda is a beautiful sandy cove located in the resort of Cala D'Or on the South eastern coast of Mallorca. The villa is only a 10 minute stroll from two lovely beaches and the town centre is also no more than a 12 minute walk away. The heart of this little town is the pedestrian area with its boutiques, open air bars, restaurants and cafes. His famous marina is dotted with luxury vessels and large yachts.

The Villa

Villa Mar Gran is designed in "Old Ibizan" style and has just undergone a complete rebuild and refurbishment. A short path leads up from its gated entrance a lawned garden to the front door. From the entrace we access directly into a spacious, airy, comfortable furnished lounge/dining room with original fireplace. Patio doors open out on to the pool area, whilst at the rear, doors lead to a more private patio area. Renovated kitchen well equiped kitchen and there is a washing machine in the garage for your added convenience.

Leading off from the living room is a pretty twin bedded room, with patio doors to the pool terrace and has shower room with a walk-in shower and WC en-suite. The second and third bedrooms are off from the opposite side of the living room, the first being a smaller twin bedded rooms which has a shower room adjacent. The third is a compact twin bedroom together with shower room en-suite. From the dining area, a stair leads to the upper floor that enjoy fabulous open sea views. Here there is a living room with a sofa and large sliding doors that connect to a terrace with fantastic sea views. From the living room we access to a bright double bedroom with en suite shower-room. The bedroom has large sliding doors to the terrace with great sea views and also the shower room has access to a small terrace. The upper floor also has access through an exterior stair.

Bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added comfort (fixed and limited timetable).

Outdoor

Outside the well furnished split-level terraces with a table and chairs to enjoy "al fresco" meals with open sea views. Close to the terrace there is a 6x4 metre kidney shaped pool, which has a shallow end for children. There is a well kept lawned garden with palm trees and bushes.Entrance time at the villa 17:00pm
