A private viewpoint over the sea

Tucked away on the outskirts of Cala San Vicente, in a peaceful and secluded setting, the villa combines privacy, calm and truly special views of the Mediterranean, the cliffs and the mountains.

Despite this pleasant feeling of escape, the crystal-clear coves, local restaurants and charm of Cala San Vicente are all within walking distance.

From different points around the property, the landscape opens up in spectacular fashion. One of the viewpoints offers a 180º panorama towards the place where the mountains seem to meet the sea. On the other side of the villa, a second viewing terrace with benches offers the perfect corner to sit back, take your time and admire the deep blue of the Mediterranean.

Pool days, al fresco dinners and starry nights

The outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate from morning until night.

The private swimming pool, with its soft, gentle lines, is surrounded by spacious terraces and comfortable sun loungers, creating an ideal setting to soak up the Mallorcan sun. For shared moments, the large living room windows open onto a pleasant covered terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for shaded al fresco meals while enjoying the views.

The villa also has a portable barbecue, ideal for preparing simple dinners after a day at the beach, by the pool or exploring the area. And when night falls, the tranquillity of the surroundings reveals another of the villa’s quiet luxuries: a clear sky filled with stars.

Mediterranean light and interior calm

Inside, arranged across one floor, Villa Casablanca Carbo offers bright, welcoming spaces decorated in neutral tones, cream shades and wood. The villa sleeps up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms: a main bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, ideal for younger guests. To ensure a comfortable rest during the warmer months, all bedrooms have air conditioning.

The house also has two bathrooms: a main bathroom with a full-size bath and overhead shower, and a second bathroom with a shower.

Shared spaces for slow living

The living-dining room, with its comfortable L-shaped layout, offers two separate relaxation areas, one of them arranged as a TV area. From here, large glass doors connect directly to the covered terrace and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and includes a practical pantry. From the kitchen, there is also access to a side path and a small terrace with views.

Air conditioning: To ensure efficient use, air conditioning is available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
