ALCUDIA BEACH

As its name suggests, Villa Alcudia Beach is right by the resorts huge sandy bay – a great choice for beach lovers! Plus, the main Strip and stylish marina are both only 10 minutes' walk in either direction, so you'll be spoilt for choice of places to eat out. This charming 4 bedroom villa is fresh and bright, with a pleasant chill out area, a lawned garden and private swimming pool. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge and WiFi are included.

Entrance

Hiring a car is not essential, but if you do decide to drive, you'll have your own private parking area as well as plenty of on-street parking. The path from here leads to the main entrance.



Living space

The lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and an ornamental corner fireplace. A door at the far end of the lounge opens onto the covered chill out terrace and garden. An archway connects the lounge to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen is adjacent.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a WC. The 3 twin bedrooms are upstairs, all sharing a separate shower room. All 4 bedrooms are comfortable and bright, with ample storage space.



Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

The private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and lawned garden where you'll have plenty of space to relax and sunbathe. Overlooking the terrace is a covered chill out area with comfortable seating and a small table. There's also a poolside table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as a brick BBQ.
