Villa Belgica is a 5 bedroom house in a fantastic central position, only 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants in the centre of Alcudia. 

The house is a great choice for large families or groups who don't want to hire a car! 

At the front of the villa is a gated private driveway. The path from the driveway leads to a small seating area by the entrance and around the side of the villa to the pool terrace.

The lounge is bright and airy and archway leads tinto the moder well-equipped kitchen and dining area. 

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a double, a twin and a single bedroom as well as a bathroom and shower room. Upstairs is a double bedcroom and a twin bedroom which share a separate bathroom. 

Teh villa private swimming pool is surrounded by lawn and terracing with amble space to sunbathe. 

Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
