The welcoming Can Vista is a spacious, stone-built property with private pool, 5 bedrooms, beautifully located close to Pollena and its golf course (which is just 1.4km away). Fully air-conditioned and traditionally furnished, this is the ideal property for guests that want to live a truly Mallorcan holiday yet surrounded by all modern comforts.

The entrance hall leads into a light and airy lounge/dining room with its large cream coloured sofas and dining table and chairs. French doors open out on to a large covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and the countryside beyond. Also off the entrance hall and on the left hand side, is the fully fitted kitchen. Three steps up from the lounge is a twin bedroom.
A corridor from the lounge/dining room leads to a further twin bedroom and a shower room on the right and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the left.
At the end of the hallway, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with a separate walk-in shower) and doors to terrace.
Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the landing and first floor, which consists of a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with separate walk in shower) and a games room with billiard table.
Both the twin bedroom and the games room have access to a large uncovered terrace with views over the pool below.

The pool is surrounded by lawn on three sides and adjacent is the large covered barbecue terrace, perfect for al -resco entertaining. Guests will be able to enjoy relaxing hours on the terraces, reading a book, or sunbathing surrounded by the beautiful Mallorcan nature.

 For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
