Casa Leon is a fabulous house in the heart of the sought-after town of Pollença. This welcoming property is a great gem to be discovered.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room with all the comodities, attention to detail and exquisite design. From the living room and at the same level, there is a fully-fitted kitchen as well as a patio with Jacuzzi and a BBQ. There is a toilet and a laundry room.
On the first floor we can find two spacious bedrooms, a twin and a double. The double has an en-suite bathroom and the twin has an en-suite shower room. The cherry on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seats to enjoy the views to the town and mountain range.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.

Air-conditioning is included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm.
