CASABLANCA CARBO

Casablanca Carbo enjoys a unique location, just above the unspoilt Cala San Vicente. The road just before the villa is a little uneven.  This whitewashed villa offers spectacular panoramic views to the sea as well as extensive terraces for exciting outdoor living. The attractive kidney-shaped private swimming pool is the perfect spot for relaxing hours under the sun.

The villa entrance leads into a hallway with doors off on both sides one of which is a small single bedroom. Next to this is a shower room. There is also a further twin bedroom and a master bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over. 

The kitchen is well equipped and has a walk in pantry. Off the kitchen is a door leading to the path around the side of the villa and a small terrace with look-out points. The L-shaped dining room/lounge is tastefully furnished in neutral shades of cream and browns. The lounge area comprises of two seating areas – one set up as a TV area. The far wall of the lounge has a wood burning stove feature. Large glass doors lead out to a covered terrace. 

Outside via the lounge is a covered terrace with a glass table and chairs for outside dining and a few steps down to the kidney-shaped swimming pool with two semi circular steps into the pool. A little further round from here is the first terrace look-out point where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the mountains as they end and the sea begins. From here there is a full 180º view. 

To the other side of the property is another look-out terrace this time with bench seating and views out to sea. Here you can watch the passing small sailing boats.
