Villa Colonya Den Juame is a beautiful country villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a private pool near Pollensa, Mallorca. The villa is a traditional Majorcan stone building, with mountain views in the north of Mallorca approximetely 2 kms from Pollensa old town, there are many beaches to choose from within a 15 minute drive and is also situated less than 1 km from Pollensa’s golf course.

You are surrounded by vegetation and native fruit trees (olives and almonds), typical of Mallorca and enjoy the large paved terraces and spectacular views of the open country creating a unique place to relax and enjoy.

The very spacious pool area offers you sunloungers and terrace furniture with a large shaded porch with wooden bench and table. An added bonus, there is an elevated sun terrace with sun loungers for all you sun worshippers.

At the side of the house there is a large paved recreational area leading out to the gardens where it offers an outdoor/porch covered BBQ kitchen ,complete with its bar and bar stools. An ideal family area where you can relax have a drink, a game of ping pong and alfresco dining.

The villa is on one level where you can access all the rooms, with beautiful tiled floors and furnished to a typical rustic style. There is a large open living/dining room with comfortable sofas and a long wooden dining table with benches. There is easy access to the two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom bathroom with shower.The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and has an adjacent laundry room. There is also a second bathroom with shower which is accessed from the exterior of the house.

 For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
