CONXA BISANYES

Villa Conxa Bisanyes (formerly known as Villa Bisanyes) is in a pleasant countryside setting, located between the resort of Alcudia and the old town of Pollensa. From the villa you'll have views over the surrounding tree tops to the mountains in the distance. The villa is homely inside, with a strong authentic Spanish influence and a large private swimming pool. Air conditioning/heating in all 3 bedrooms, WiFi and pool.

Entrance

Exotic palms on either side of the driveway greet you as you enter the villa grounds. There is a large private parking area for your hired cars, with a path leading up to the villa entrance. 7 steps down lead to the pool terrace.

Living space

The living area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, an ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped and has access to the exterior steps leading down to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Conxa Bisanyes has a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin and double bedroom which share a separate bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are bright and airy and have plenty of storage space.

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

13 steps down from the house lead down to the pool terrace and exterior dining area. The large private saltwater swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access and there is plenty of space to sunbathe, with views over the surrounding countryside. The brick BBQ and alfresco eating area are covered to enjoy dining in the comfort of the shade.
