CORRALET

Villa Corralet is full of Spanish charm and character, with a large private swimming pool, lawned garden, traditional design and views of the surrounding countryside from every direction. It only takes 10 minutes to drive into Pollensa Old Town as well as to the Pine Walk and beach at Puerto Pollensa. Both resorts have a huge choice of places to eat, or you can enjoy a home cooked meal back at the villa's fantastic BBQ house. Air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Entrance

There's a private gated parking area at the side of the house with a pathway leading to the entrance porch. A traditional Spanish design door with wrought iron features opens into the central hallway. The villa is semi-detached.



Living space

The lounge area has traditional wooden furnishings and a high ceiling with exposed beams. The authentic Spanish features are continued, through a traditional Majorcan archway, into the dining area. Patio doors from both rooms open onto the covered dining terrace overlooking the pool. The well-equipped and spacious kitchen is adjacent, with a breakfast table, pantry and access to the garden.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor of the villa is a double bedroom with patio doors that open onto the garden, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shower room. A wooden staircase from the dining room leads up to the remaining twin bedroom, which is on a mezzanine level, with magnificent views of the Puig de Santa Maria Hill and impressive Tramuntana mountain range!

 

Swimming pool, garden and BBQ area

The private swimming pool and spacious gardens are south facing, ensuring a good amount of sun throughout the day. With a large lawn, mature palms and flowers surrounding the pool, this is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. The BBQ house is by the poolside and has a brick BBQ, sink, plenty of preparation space and a table and chairs for alfresco dining day or night. A second table and chairs as well as a comfortable chill out seating area can be found on the covered terrace.
