Cosins is a welcoming, modern villa with classy interiors and a unique location just steps from the sandy beach of Playa de Muro. Air-conditioned through and accommodating up to 7 guests, this villa with private swimming pool will offer an airy feling, second to none. Set just 400m from the sandy beach of Playa de Muro, just a few steps from shops/restaurants and at the edge of the unspoilt natural reserve of Albufera, the villa has been carefully designed to offer all the modern comforts with an added touch of modern luxury.

Villa Cosins is set over 2 floors, is fully air-conditioned and has been cleverly designed to provide an exceptionally airy feeling (double-glazed panoramic windows, with mosquito nets have been fitted). On the ground floor there is an impressive purposely-built kitchen (fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), sitting area (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, music system), a spacious double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. Big patio doors open straight to the poolside terrace equipped with table, chairs and sofas. The upper floor, accessible through an internal staircase, houses 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) as well as family bathroom. A tiny poolside annexe is available for the use of the guests and contains a WC + basin and a laundry room.

Outside, the generously sized private pool offers pleasant views over the Albufera river and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds: a true oasis to relax under the Mallorcan sun, in total peace and quiet. But with such a perfect beach almost at your doorstep, the choice will be hard: pool or “playa”? For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a brick-built barbecue is available, together with a shaded outdoor dining table and a chill-out area.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
