Inside, this stone-built villa is set over 2 floors (with access to the raised pool patio from the upper floor). The interiors, just fully renovated, have been tastefully finished in the most authentic Mallorcan tradition, without forgetting all the comforts required from a modern holiday. Entrance on the ground floor is onto the spacious living room with comfortable sofas, large dining table, attractive artworks and hand-made wooden furniture. The lounge is air-conditioned. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and provided with a further dining table. On the ground floor there is also a family shower room. A wooden staricase leads to the upper floor, where the 4 bedrooms are located. Even if the thick stone walls keep the property cool at all times, a further air-conditioning unit is located in the hallways between the bedrooms for further comfort. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, for a total of 7 guests. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bath, while the others bedrooms share a family shower room. One of the double bedrooms feature a large curved-screen TV and, together with the single bedroom, offers direct access to the pool terrace.

The beautiful, spacious pool terrace is accessed from the upper floor of the house and offers breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside up to the Tramuntana mountains. The large swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, the perfect spot to enjoy the views and the local gentle breeze for total comfort and relaxation. Next to the pool terrace, which is one of the best features of this villa is the fantastic outdoor kitchen with BBQ, covered and perfectly equipped to enjoy delicious al-fresco meals. A further shaded terrace is located on the ground floor, at the entrance of Villa Daniela. It has direct access to the lounge as well as the indoor kitchen and is furnished with a wooden table and benches.

There is no washing mashine at the villa.
