FONT AINA

With your own fantastic, private view of the nearby mountains from the poolside, Villa Font Aina is a beautiful countryside retreat. But, if you want to dine out or spend a day at the beach, the facilities of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are all within a short drive. Each resort offers something different and all are well worth seeing during your stay. This charming 3 bedroom villa has an authentic Spanish vibe and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and the lounge.

Entrance

As you approach the villa, you'll be greeted by the imposing mountainside behind the house. The large gravel parking area is gated from the lane and the main entrance is to the side of the building.



Living space

The homely lounge and dining area are open plan, with a large feature fireplace and windows overlooking the pool and garden. The adjacent, practical kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table, ideal for an early morning tea or coffee. A side door from the kitchen opens onto the gardens.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

From the living area, a hallway leads to all 3 bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room whilst the 2 twin bedrooms share a separate shower room.

 

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

The grounds are surrounded on 3 sides by superb views of the mountains. The spacious lawn and pool terrace provide plenty of space to relax and embrace the scenery. There is also a chill out area and a table and chairs on the covered terrace, with the BBQ to one side of the garden.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
