The property has been restored using traditional local stone and has maintained it’s charming Mallorcan feel as seen in the wonderful stone clad exterior. Inside, the villa is set over one floor. At the front, there is a large covered terrace and this leads into the entrance hall and open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The American style kitchen is separated from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar and is decorated in the pleasing Andalucian theme using blue and white tiles. The lounge/dining area is furnished in classic Mallorcan style and is beautifully decorated with typical ceramics. From the lounge, an archway leads to a double bedroom, complete with fitted wardrobes, and a separate full bathroom. There is also a laundry room available for the guests.

The pool and barbecue area are tucked away behind the villa, and attracts the sun all day. The pool is lawned to one side and features a pretty sunbathing patio to the other, there is a small pergola on the terrace perfect for chilling out during the hottest hours of the day. Additionally the villa enjoys beautiful views over the mountains of Cala San Vicente: a truly unique setting!
