Villa Garriguer is in a beautiful countryside setting, midway between the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa and the old town of Pollensa. A diverse choice of shops and places to eat can be found in both resorts. Beach lovers are also well catered for as Puerto Pollensa has a fantastic, large sandy bay. This pleasant 3 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool and lawned garden, and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms.

Entrance

A private gated driveway leads to the villas spacious parking area and front door.



Living space

The combined lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, a table and chairs and charming ornamental brick fireplace. Patio doors keep the villa bright and airy, and open onto the terrace and pool area. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and also has a door leading to the villa grounds.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

A hallway by the entrance leads to the 3 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all sharing the facilities of a separate bathroom and shower room.

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

Outside, Villa Garriguer has a private swimming pool and small lawned garden. There is plenty of space to sunbathe, or if you prefer the shade, the covered terrace has a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing or enjoying an alfresco meal. The brick BBQ is adjacent, to the side of the house.
