Sitting beside the Canal Gran in Alcudia, you'll have the shops and restaurants in the centre, plus the beach and waterpark, all within walking distance. The chic marina and old town can be reached easily by car or taxi. This delightful 3 bedroom house has a bright and stylish interior, as well as a pleasant private swimming pool and alfresco dining area. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Entrance

There is plenty of space to park on the street if you do decide to hire a car. The villa grounds are gated and the main entrance is under a small shaded porch area.



Living space

The comfortable lounge and dining area is open plan. There is a seating area, a table and chairs, flat screen TV and charming ornamental fireplace. Double patio doors open back onto the pool terrace, where you can catch the early morning sun for breakfast. The bright, well-equipped kitchen is adjacent and has all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Gran Canal has 3 bedrooms. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom which share the facilities of a separate shower room. There is also a second shower room accessible from the laundry area.

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

The swimming pool is situated at the front of the villa, surrounded by mature shrubs, hedges and trees. The lawn and sun terrace provide the perfect place to sunbathe and there is also a small shaded area with a table and chairs if the heat gets too much! To one side of the terrace is the brick BBQ, ideal for cooking up an alfresco meal.
