GUAITA

Villa Guaita is in a great countryside position, a short drive from Pollensa Old Town. The town has a choice of excellent Spanish restaurants and shops, plus the facilities and beaches of both Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are nearby too. This charming 3 bedroom house has superb views over the open countryside to the mountains, as well as a spacious lawned garden. You'll also have WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms included

Entrance

The villa grounds are gated from the lane, with plenty of private parking space. The main entrance is at the front of the house.



Living space

The lounge is open plan with the dining area, and has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, a table and chairs and an ornamental brick fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is well equipped, with a smaller breakfast table, and also has access to the exterior dining terrace. On the far side of the lounge is a small hallway leading into the BBQ pavilion.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor is a shower room and a large twin bedroom. The second twin bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, accessed by stairs from the hall. This double bedroom has patio doors onto a spacious sun terrace which overlooks the open countryside to the mountains. From the sun terrace, steps lead down to the poolside by the BBQ pavilion.

 

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

At the side of the villa, overlooking the private swimming pool and lawn, is a pleasant vine-covered terrace where you'll find a small table and chairs. The larger dining table is at the front of the house. To the rear is an impressive BBQ pavilion with a large table and chairs, utility area and a brick BBQ.
