PI TORT

Villa Pitort (formerly known as Villa Cala) has magnificent views of the nearby hillside, yet is still close to the centre and beaches of Cala San Vicente. Once a fishing village, Cala San Vicente is now a laid-back holiday destination with several good restaurants and 2 superb sandy coves, all within a short walk of the villa. This 4 bedroom house has a private swimming pool and a great alfresco dining area. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Entrance

Villa Pitort is set back off the main street leading into Cala San Vicente. The house is slightly raised above street level and concealed with hedging. As you enter through the gates and pass under the vine covered archway, a few steps lead up to the front door.



Living space

The combined lounge and dining area has comfortable seating around the flat screen TV, an ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. From the dining area, patio doors open onto the pool deck. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped, and has direct access to the BBQ terrace.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, as well as 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have patio doors onto the villa grounds. The remaining twin bedroom with en-suite shower room dominates the entire first floor. This bedroom also has views of the nearby mountainside.

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

Outside, Villa Pitort has a private swimming pool offering plenty of space to sunbathe. The grounds are bordered by hedging and trees for a good degree of privacy. Around the back of the villa is the brick BBQ and a shaded dining area, plus you'll also have a second smaller seating area and a table by the poolside.
