Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The entrance door opens into the spacious lounge with it's white leather sofas, high ceilings and French doors that lead out to the covered terrace and to the pool. The open-plan, ultra modern, fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar island and dining area, has been purposely designed for Llenyater and has patio doors leading outside. Off the lounge, there is the master double bedroom with a step down to the split-level, en-suite full bathroom (Jacuzzi Bath). A door leads to a separate area comprising a toilet and an ultra modern wash hand basin with en-suite full bathroom.

The wonderful pool is located at just in front of the house and can be easily accessed via the large covered terrace (with it's stylish rattan sofas with brightly coloured cushions, tables, chairs and a stone barbecue). The pool has Roman steps at one end and a separate section for children. At the far end of the pool is a nice pergola area, perfect for relaxing.
