Villa Miguel (formerly known as Villa Miguel Campo) has a large private swimming pool and lawn, views of the surrounding countryside and mountains, and a traditional Spanish vibe. Although this impressive 4 bedroom villa is located in the countryside of Pollensa, the old town as well as the seaside resorts of Puerto and Alcudia can all be easily reached within a short drive. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all 4 bedrooms plus the lounge are included.

Entrance

The private gravel driveway is gated from the country lane and has a shaded car port adjacent to the pool terrace. The main entrance into the house is from the front shaded terrace.



Living space

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan. The house has a real Spanish ambience with stone walls, a beamed ceiling and terracotta floor tiles, and decorated with local artwork and trinkets. There is a feature fireplace, a flat screen TV, comfortable seating, a table and chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor is a double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a separate shower room. Stairs from the hall lead up to the remaining bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms which each have a good view of the local countryside to the mountains. The Spanish theme is continued into all 4 bedrooms which have the same beamed ceiling, stone walls and terracotta tiles as the living space.

Swimming pool, BBQ area and outside space

The pool terrace and spacious lawned garden provide plenty of space to relax. The brick BBQ is to one side of the villa and the outside eating area is shaded from the sun. The surrounding colourful shrubs and trees make the grounds quite picturesque and you can even see the mountaintops of Pollensa in the distance. There is also an exterior shower room at the rear.
