Villa Minerva is located in Alcudia, Mallorca. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 9 people (8 adults and 1 child) with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. There is walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

The property is on one level. Large L-shaped lounge with dining area and doors opening to a shaded front dining terrace. Also contains a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (2 with air conditioning), 1 day room with single bed, and 2 bathrooms.

The living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, DVD player and dining area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Bedrooms

Villa Minerva 4 :

Bedroom 1 is air conditioned with a double bed.

Bedroom 2 is air conditioned with a double bed.

Bedroom 3 is air conditioned with 2 single beds.

Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds.

If an additional bed is required there is 1 folding bed. Villa Minerva can sleep up to 9 people. (8 adults and 1 child) (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Villa Minerva 2 Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 is a family bathroom, bath with shower. W/C.

Bathroom 2 is a family bathroom, bath with shower. W/C.

Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included.

Swimming Pool

The private pool is set in a paved patio and screened by mature trees and plants. The pool is slightly raised making it easier to get in and out.Size: 6m x 3m

Pool Access: The pool has steps up and then Roman steps inside the pool.Adjacent to the pool is a large BBQ.

Alarm system at the villa available

 For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
