Mosson is a large and traditional Mallorcan villa, surrounded by mature gardens and uniquely set within walking distance to the beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa (which is less than 2km away). Yet, being the villa located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The villa can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and offers stunning views over the Boquer mountains together with a large private pool with Roman Steps into it.

The ground floor of the property comprises a tastefully decorated lounge/dining room which features delightfully pretty local stone walls. Also on this level, there is a fully fitted kitchen with a door leading to the outside. A step down from the dining area and there is a full bathroom with hydro massage shower over the bath. Stairs lead up to the first floor and a twin bedroom. From here a hallway leads to another twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a split-level full bathroom.

At the front of the property, there is a large covered terrace, which is furnished with a table and two wooden benches, ideal for outside entertaining and alfresco dining. To the side, there is the fantastic swimming pool, complete with Roman steps and offering stunning views to the countryside and the mountains. Sunbeds and parasols are provided, and the lawned areas surrounding the pool will be perfect for playing or sunbathing.

Mosson is located close to our other villa, Pedra Vista, and they can be rented together to accommodate larger parties.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
