Villa Rafael is located in the area of La Font in Pollensa (Pollenca) and is just a short drive away to the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa (Puerto Pollenca) and its sandy beach and variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Entrance through the electric gates of this La Font/Puerto Pollenca villa takes you up the driveway to the parking area. There is room to park two cars. The main entrance, at the side of the holiday villa, takes you into the open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and split level dining and living room. These rooms have beamed ceilings and there is a lovely feature fireplace adding character to the lounge.

Large wooden doors open from the raised lounge area onto a covered terrace to the front of the Mallorca villa which has comfortable wicker terrace furniture making it an ideal spot for an afternoon drink on your villa vacation. In the dining area, a spiral staircase leads up to the first level of this holiday home. 

On this level, the Spanish villa has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a twin bedroom. The bedrooms are fitted with central heating and share a shower room. 

There is a BBQ area, and small kitchen and dining table. From here, doors access an exterior shower and laundry room. 

Just off the bbq area, the holiday rental has a detached annex with a twin bedroom and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a set crockery-cutlery, great for anyone wanting some privacy on their holiday in Mallorca.

The exterior of this Balearic villa is full of trees, plants and flowers set in mature gardens. The private pool is set in a grassed area, where there are terraces plus a raised sunbathing terrace for catching those Mediterranean rays and an exterior shower room.
