ROINA

Villa Roina is an impressive 4 bedroom house with fantastic views of the Puerto Pollensa countryside, 10 minutes' walk from the beach and amenities. This popular coastal resort has a huge choice of shops, cafes and fashionable bistros along the seafront leading to the marina and continuing along the famous Pine Walk. The villa itself has a private south-facing swimming pool amid spacious gardens and a bright and airy interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus WiFi are included.

Entrance

From the street, a long, gated driveway leads to a private parking area to the side of the garden. From here, the covered terrace leads to the entrance.

Living space

The lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. The adjacent kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with windows overlooking the pool and BBQ terrace. From here you can also access the utility room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor is a shower room and a twin bedroom which overlooks the rear courtyard. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with a private balcony, also with views of the courtyard, as well as the Tramuntana Mountains in the distance. The third twin bedroom shares a spacious balcony with the double bedroom, facing the pool and Boquer Valley. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom whilst the twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom.

Swimming pool, garden and BBQ area

The outside space is Villa Roina's best feature. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and lawned garden which faces south, enjoying sun through most of the day. Though if you need a break from the heat, the exterior chill out seating and dining space is covered providing plenty of shade.
What's more you'll even have your own brick BBQ for creating delicious meals at home.
A second partially shaded courtyard can be found at the rear, also with a table and chairs.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
