A quaint town house tucked away down one of the streets of the old town of Pollensa at 5 minutes’ walk to the main church square with all its cafes and restaurants.

The house is laid out in three stories with an entrance from the street that takes you straight through to the modern lounge, open plan kitchen, dining area with sliding doors onto the patio area with a plunge pool and a BBQ house at the end of the patio.

Three bedrooms with their own on suite shower room each are located on the first and second floor. One of the bedrooms overlooking the pool has access onto a large terrace.

It is not necessary to rent a car when booking this property as a taxi can easily be arranged and there is a good bus frequency between Pollensa and the other resorts and beaches, however, this house has private parking some 400 m from the house.
