The villa is perfectly located just a short drive away (or a fifteen minutes walk away) from the town centre and the beach, making it an ideal base for any type of holiday.

On the ground floor of the villa, there are the main lounge with access to the poolside terrace, a kitchen and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room (also providing direct access to the outside). On the upper floor there are 2 further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The exterior area is wide and inviting, with large gardens and swimming pool. There is also a stone built BBQ for delicious charcoal grilled meals. From the poolside, guests can also enjoy magnificent views over the high Tramuntana mountains. The gardens are beautifully kept with shrubs, lawn and flowers.

For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send you a link to our bank where you can pay the Ecotasa tax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory. For all bookings made from 15/12/2022 onwards, the sales price already includes the Ecotasa tax.
