Solivellas is a perfectly villa located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.

Is an Impressive 4 bedrooms house spacious grounds with glorious views of the surrounding countryside to the mountains. 

A gated driveway leads to a private parking area at the fround of Villa S'Olivellas with the entrance through large, traditional wooden doors.  The villa is traditional and homely inside. Towards one end of the living space is a comfortable seating area, towards the other end is a dinning table and chairs, a breakfast bar with stools and fully equipped kitchen and a small laundry room. Patio doors from the living area open directly onto the pool terrace. 

Air-Con in all the bedrooms on timers from 1400 – 1600hrs then 2000 – 0800 hrs. 

On the ground floor is a shower room and twin bedroom which overlooks the neighbouring olive grove at the side of the house. Upstairs is a second shower room, 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom has a small seating area. 

Outside there is plenty of space to sunbathe or swim.
